My website is currently being updated and redesigned. The new site will launch in July 2026 and will provide more information about my approach to couples counseling, individual therapy, psychotherapy specialties, services, and resources. In the meantime, I continue to see clients in person in Pacifica, California, and virtually throughout California.

I help adults, couples, and families through couples counseling and individual therapy by understanding the patterns shaping their lives and relationships, allowing for meaningful change to occur. My work in psychotherapy combines depth, compassion, practical guidance, and over 15 years of clinical experience.

For couples who want to strengthen their relationship through couples counseling, navigate challenges, improve communication, repair trust, and build a more intentional partnership over time, individual therapy and psychotherapy can also provide valuable support.

Specializing in adult family relationships, including conflict, estrangement, and blended families, we also offer couples counseling and individual therapy. Our focus encompasses changing roles, establishing boundaries, and engaging in the vital work of repair and reconnection through psychotherapy.
